The Kat scarf is a conceptual piece that evokes a sense of melancholia through its abstract pattern and earthy color palette. This pattern was uniquely handmade by using a multi-layer technique, overlapping a convergence of ink drawings of foraged leaves, twigs, and flowers. Each layer was individually scanned, recolored, overlaid, and scaled up.
